02Account and Access
Certain features of videaltor may require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
Information provided during registration or in service intake forms must be accurate and kept current. False or misleading information may result in service refusal or termination.
Protect your account by using strong passwords and secure devices. Notify videaltor promptly if you suspect unauthorized access so we can take protective measures.
Accounts and access rights are personal to the registered user and may not be transferred without our prior written consent.
If you believe your account was accessed without authorization, contact us immediately through videaltor.info/contact so we can secure the account and advise on next steps.
videaltor reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to accounts that violate these terms, present security risks, or where continuation would conflict with legal or ethical duties.
03Legal Services
videaltor provides a range of corporate legal services including company formation, contract drafting and review, compliance advice, employment law counseling, and dispute resolution support. Advice is delivered based on information you supply, applicable law, and professional judgment.
We may modify the scope and availability of services over time. When changes materially affect existing engagements, we will communicate options for continuation or termination of services.
Service availability depends on factors including staff capacity, regulatory requirements, and client cooperation. We strive to provide timely legal guidance but scheduling and timing may vary.
04User Conduct Rules
When using videaltor services and platforms, users must follow rules designed to protect clients, employees, and the integrity of legal advice.
- Provide truthful and complete information necessary for legal analysis.
- Respect confidentiality and do not attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
- Do not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
- Comply with applicable laws and professional standards when acting on legal advice provided by videaltor.
- Refrain from using automated tools to harvest data from videaltor.info without permission.
- Cooperate with requests for additional information when videaltor is fulfilling a legal engagement.
- Report suspected security incidents or misuse of the platform promptly through official contact channels.
05Client Content and Submissions
Clients may submit documents, evidence, or other materials to videaltor for review. Submitted content should be necessary for the legal engagement and provided in a secure manner.
You retain ownership of documents and materials you provide, subject to any agreement granting videaltor a limited license to use the materials solely for the purpose of delivering requested legal services.
By submitting content, you grant videaltor a non-exclusive, revocable license to use, copy, and process the materials as needed to deliver legal services and comply with legal obligations.
You confirm that you have the right to provide any materials submitted and that they do not violate third-party rights. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of submitted information.
Requests to remove client-submitted materials will be handled in accordance with legal and ethical obligations; removal may not be possible if materials are required for ongoing representation or legal compliance.
06Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in materials created and provided by videaltor in the scope of paid legal services remain with videaltor unless otherwise agreed in writing. Templates and proprietary tools are licensed for client use as agreed in engagement terms.
- Do not reproduce or redistribute proprietary templates or tools without express permission.
- Client-specific legal documents provided as part of an engagement are for internal business use only unless a different license is agreed.
- Respect copyright and activity rights of videaltor and third parties when using materials from the site.
07Paid Services and Fees
Certain legal services and resources provided by videaltor require payment of fees. Pricing and payment terms are set out in engagement letters or online pricing pages.
Fees are based on the type of service, complexity, time required, and resources involved. We provide transparent fee estimates and explain billing methods such as fixed fees, hourly rates, or project-based pricing.
Payments can be made via invoiced bank transfer or other payment methods specified in the engagement agreement. Full payment terms, due dates, and accepted payment methods will be provided prior to commencement of billable work.
Subscriptions for ongoing legal support or advice are available under separate subscription agreements that detail scope, billing cycles, and termination terms.
Refunds for paid services are handled in accordance with the terms in the engagement letter. Where work has already commenced, refunds will be adjusted to reflect time and costs incurred.
Clients may cancel services subject to any notice and payment obligations specified in their engagement agreement. Cancellation terms will be applied fairly and consistently.
Fees stated may be exclusive of taxes. Clients are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, or levies unless otherwise indicated.
We may update pricing from time to time. Existing engagements will generally be billed according to the price terms agreed at the start of the engagement unless otherwise negotiated.
Non-payment may result in suspension of services and, where necessary, recovery action. videaltor will communicate concerns and seek to resolve billing issues before suspension.
08Legal Disclaimer
Information provided on videaltor.info and in preliminary consultations is for general informational purposes and does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship. Specific legal advice requires a formal engagement and review of all relevant facts and documents.
09Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, videaltor's liability for direct damages arising from provision of services is limited to fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Liability limits do not apply where prohibited by governing law.
10Third-Party Services
Where videaltor engages third-party service providers (such as translators, contribute, or specialist advisors) we will seek to ensure appropriate confidentiality and quality standards, but we are not responsible for the independent acts of those providers beyond our contractual arrangements.
11Termination of Services
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the notice and conditions set out in the engagement letter. Termination does not relieve either party of obligations accrued prior to termination.
On termination, outstanding fees and expenses remain payable. We will return client documents as required by professional rules, subject to retention for legal or ethical obligations and payment of outstanding accounts.
12Privacy and Data Protection
videaltor collects and processes personal data necessary to deliver legal services in accordance with this privacy policy. We apply reasonable measures to protect data and respect data subject rights described in our privacy documentation on videaltor.info.
13Communications
Communications with videaltor may be conducted by secure web form, email, phone, or in person. For confidential or sensitive matters, use our secure client intake channels. Routine communications may be logged for quality, training, and compliance purposes.
14Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in legal practice, regulatory requirements, or business operations. Material changes will be communicated via videaltor.info and, where relevant, directly to affected clients.
15Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising from the use of videaltor services are governed by the laws of Thailand, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties in a specific engagement agreement.
16Dispute Resolution
We prefer to resolve disputes through dialogue and negotiation. If resolution cannot be achieved amicably, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration as agreed in engagement agreements, or through the courts of Thailand when appropriate.
